SELECTED (shady & traffic free) LOCATIONS & COURSE DESCRIPTIONS:

DAY 1 - Saturday, May 23 at 8:30 A.M. -  Kissena Park; Flushing, Queens  (33.333 miles)

1.4216-mile loop on macadam footpaths with two significant inclines.

DAY 2 - Sunday, May 24 at 9:00 A.M.  -  Alley (Springfield) Park; Bayside, Queens (33.333 miles)

1.0123-mile loop on macadam footpaths with two significant inclines.

DAY 3 - Monday, May 25 at 9:00 A.M.  -  Crocheron Park; Bayside, Queens (33.333 miles)

0.9709-mile loop on macadam footpaths with one significant incline.

OUT-OF-TOWN INFO:  The course locations are all within 5 miles from one another.  Call if you need lodging information.

AID:  Water, Gatorade, defizzed cola, sponges, food snacks and medical supplies will be provided at each location.

FACILITIES:  Suggest you come dressed to run. Each location will have a facility close to the race loop for rest rooms and dressing.

Note:  You must complete all three days to be eligible for any awards, even if you are a winner of a day.

POST RACE:  A light lunch with soft drinks will be provided on Day 1; lite refreshments & soft drinks provided on Day 2

Chinese Food & soft drinks will be served on Day 3. The award ceremony will be conducted at the Post-Race on Day 3.

SPECIAL PERK:  Each starter will receive a commemorative race shirt designed by Barbara Christen & David Luljak.

Special Note:    EACH ENTRANT MUST ATTEND AWARD CEREMONY TO RECEIVE AWARD.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

ENTRY PROCEDURE:  $75.00 for BUS Members; $90.00 for non-BUS Members; $100.00 for all post-entries.
