EVENT THEME:  To celebrate the inaugural event of the Broadway Ultra Society, but was not held due to two snowstorms.  The 
Knickerbocker 60 Kilo was held "in lieu of", but the proposed Queens 60 Kilo was the one that started Metropolitan ultra history.
   
CHECK IN:  At the Victory Field Fieldhouse, located on Woodhaven Blvd between Myrtle Avenue and Forest Park Drive starting at 8:00 AM 
   
AUTO DIRECTIONS:  
Jackie Robinson Parkway - Brooklyn Bound from Queens & Long Island: (connects with the Grand Central Parkway west and the Van Wyck Expressway 
south) to Exit #4 "Forest Park Drive, Myrtle Avenue, Woodhaven Blvd". After exit, make RIGHT turn then another RIGHT onto Myrtle Avenue. Proceed 
on Myrtle Avenue (about .7 mile) to RIGHT onto Woodhaven Blvd. Go one block to RIGHT onto Forest Park Drive.  Go about .2 mile and PARK in lot on
right adjcent to bandstand.  
   
Jackie Robinson Parkway - from Brooklyn: Exit #5 "Myrtle Avenue, Woodhaven Blvd." After exit, bear right to RIGHT onto Myrtle Avenue. Go .3 mile to
RIGHT onto Woodhaven Blvd; then follow above directions.  
   
Long Island Expressway to "Woodhaven Blvd." exit. South on Woodhaven Blvd. for about 2.5 miles to Forest Park Drive; follow above directions.
   
TRANSIT DIRECTIONS:    
"J" subway to "Woodhaven Blvd" station. Walk north on Woodhaven Blvd. for about .6 mile to Forest Park Drive & then Victory Field Fieldhouse.
"E", "F" & "R" subways to "Forest Hills-71st Street Continental Avenue" station. Take cab (about $8.00) to Woodhaven Blvd & Myrtle Avenue.
   
FACILITIES:  There is a comfort station adjacent to the Fieldhouse and another restroom across Woodhaven Blvd for pre-race facilities.
The Fieldhouse comfort station will be on the race loop.  
   
COURSE:  3.06-mile loop on blacktop park Drives, macadam paths and smooth cement sidewalk through and around Forest Park. The 
course is rolling throughout the loop.  A total of 12 loops will be required to complete the 60K distance.  
   
AWARDS:  Special awards to top male & female finishers:  Award to each finisher   
Note:  All New York Ultra Running Grand Prix Scoring Guidelines will comply  
   
TIME LIMIT: 9 hours to finish but you may continue after time limit if you provide own aid and timing services.
   
AID:  3 stations per loop providing water, Gatorade and defizzed cola, a variety of food snacks and medical supplies.  
   
ENTRY PROCEDURE:      
$37.25 for 2008 BUS Members:  $40.00 for GLIRC and Taconic RR Members:  $45.00 for all other entrants:  $50.00 for all post entrants.

I, on behalf of my heirs and administrators, waive and release the Broadway Ultra Society, the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation, the City of New York,
New York Ultra Running, the Metropolitan Athletic Congress, USATF and all persons associated with the said event for any claims of injuries or death 
suffered by me in the said event. I attest I am physically fit to run/walk the duration of the 60-kilometer distance.
