This event is truly a challenge to the Ultra Runners test of fitness-
to come back 3 consecutive days, completing 100 miles over a weekend.

Here is the Labor Day ultra schedule in the Metropolitan area:
Sat, Sun & Mon - 3-day 100-mile run.  Each day consist of 33.33-mile at 3 different locations.
Sat, Sep 3 - Kissena Park: Flushing, Queens
Sun, Sep 4 - Skelos & Browne Parks; Rockville Centre, Long Island
Mon, Sep 5 - Crocheron Park; Bayside, Queens

Note:  The 3 above parks are within a 15-mile radius of one another.


Rockville Romp 50K- a coinciding 50 Km run on Sun, Sep 4 at Skelos & Browne Parks in Rockville Centre, Long Island.
